Lloyd
Hopkins , Founder and CEO
In 1996 Lloyd founded Interlink Software. As
Chief Executive Officer, Lloyd has more than 18 years of experience in enterprise
systems management. Lloyd is a key contributor to the company strategy and product
direction. Lloyd has taken Interlink Software from inception, to a provider of
high quality products, services, and support. Today Interlink Software provides
24x7 support to customers throughout Europe, the USA, and Asia/Pacific. Prior
to heading Interlink Software, Lloyd played a key role in the deployment of the
manage by service initiative at one of the UKs largest retail
banks. With responsibility for user liaison, solution design, and the ultimate
delivery into production, Lloyd was a pioneer in the area of Business Service
Delivery.
Colin
Griffiths, Founder and CTO
In 1996, Colin Griffiths co-founded Interlink
Software with Lloyd Hopkins. As the Chief Technology Officer, Colin guides the
technology vision, as well as overseeing product development. With 20 years of
experience in the field of technology, Colin worked in software engineering roles
at Candle Corporation, and Barclays Bank prior to Interlink Software. Colins
professional expertise includes systems and network management, software design
and development, software engineering, systems programming, and advanced communications
design and implementation. Working in one of the UKs largest data centres,
Colin was responsible for deployment and support of remote operations and mainframe
automation software.
Grant Glading, VP Sales and Marketing, Worldwide
VP of Sales and Marketing
Grant joined Interlink Software in April 2001. He has an extensive background
in technical, development, and product marketing areas. Responsible for launching
the Interlink Software user forum, strengthening alliances with industry partners,
and building the Interlink Software customer base. Grant spent 5 years in various
roles at BMC Software (formerly Boole & Babbage) where he managed the PATROL
Enterprise Manager development team responsible for various integration products
such as PATROL, SNMP, Remedy, SunMC, and ServiceCenter integrations. Before his
development role Grant worked in field marketing promoting the COMMAND/POST product
line throughout Europe. Prior to BMC Software, Grant worked for MAXM Systems where
he held several positions including Systems Engineer, Pre-sales consultant, and
sales executive.
Graeme Waugh, VP Sales, North America and Asia Pacific
As Interlink's Vice
President of Sales for the Americas and Asia Pacific Graeme is responsible for
overseeing the company's sales operations and growth across these regions. Graeme
is based out of Chicago, USA. With over 20 years in sales, Graeme brings a proven
track record for building and leading successful technology sales campaigns. Prior
to Interlink Software Graeme worked for Managed Objects where he was Sales Director
for the Mid West tasked with growing the company's presence within the region.
Prior to joining Managed Objects, Graeme was responsible for corporate accounts
at BMC Software where he operated out of their Chicago offices. While at BMC Software,
Graeme led a team selling the entire portfolio of BMC Software products to CxO
level executives.
Andrew Johnson, VP Sales Engineering, North America and Asia Pacific
Andrew
joined Interlink Software in 2001. As Vice-president of sales engineering he not
only manages a team of technical experts but also actively promotes sales throughout
North America and Asia-Pacific. Prior to his current role, Andrew served in R&D
for Interlink Software managing the development and release of the Interlink Software
Historical Reporting product line. Andrew has a BSc in Business Information Systems
from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom and joined Interlink Software
as part of Interlink's graduate training programme performing his placement year
with Interlink Software in 1999.
Barry Hopkins, US Operations and Administration
Barry joined Interlink
Software in March 2003, bringing over 36 years of experience in technology sales
and marketing. Barry is responsible for the operations and general administration
of the US company, Interlink Software, Inc. Prior to joining Interlink Software
Barry spent three and a half years in business management and field operations
consulting with a major corporation in the UK. He has over 33 years experience
as President & CEO during his career, including CEO of a successful technology
start-up specializing in products for the commercial travel industry.
